Copies/locations
To find out how many copies of a title you are interested in are available, click on the corresponding catalogue entry. The copies are listed at the bottom of the page that opens:
The different categories in the display of the copies mean the following:
Designation | Meaning |
---|---|
Location | The location indicates the area of the library where the item is located. |
Call number | The call number indicates where the medium is located on the shelf. |
Barcode | The barcode is the individual characteristic of the medium and is necessary for borrowing. |
Journal issue | For periodicals, the individual issues are listed here. |
Status | The status indicates whether the medium can be borrowed or only be used in the library, and whether it is currently available. |
On loan until | Indicates the loan period of an item. |
