Copies/locations

To find out how many copies of a title you are interested in are available, click on the corresponding catalogue entry. The copies are listed at the bottom of the page that opens:

 

The different categories in the display of the copies mean the following:

Designation Meaning
Location

The location indicates the area of the library where the item is located.

Call number

The call number indicates where the medium is located on the shelf.

Barcode

The barcode is the individual characteristic of the medium and is necessary for borrowing.

Journal issue

For periodicals, the individual issues are listed here.

Status

The status indicates whether the medium can be borrowed or only be used in the library, and whether it is currently available.

On loan until

Indicates the loan period of an item.
