Requests

Closed stack media can be requested by clicking on Place a closed stack request . You are asked to log in.

The following window opens:

After clicking the button Submit Request you will receive a confirmation with details of the pick-up area and collection time:

Reservations

Currently borrowed media can be reserved by clicking on Reserve. To reserve media, you will be asked to log in.

The following window opens:

Reserved media will be put on hold for you when they are returned. Once a reservation is ready for you to pick up, we will send you a notification via email.

A reservation costs 50 cents as soon as we have made the item available for you. After clicking on the button Fee based reservation (€0,50) you will receive a confirmation.
